The client is a large department store mall in Banqiao's core commercial district, New Taipei. During business hours, foot traffic is dense across many entrances. We station guards by floor-plan flow at every customer entrance, employee-only passage, and loading dock — each with different control needs: customer-side focuses on greeting flow and suspicious-item screening; employee-side performs ID badge verification and personal-item checks; loading dock strictly manages vendor personnel and vehicle registration, time-window control, and logistics flow direction.
The underground parking is a multi-lane entry / exit design with high backup risk during peak hours. We station traffic-control staff at entry and exit points with flow guidance — handling traffic split, parking spot guidance, priority release for special vehicles (fire, ambulance, vendor trucks), and assisting with fender-benders, driver requests, and vehicle-finding incidents.
After closing, stationed guards execute the full-mall zone-by-zone clearance SOP — verifying floor-by-floor top-to-bottom and inside-out, ensuring no public stragglers, every tenant's access is set, and the alarm system armed. For nighttime construction vendors and renovation workers, we handle entry registration, zone control, and full-duration patrol. When tenant fit-out generates ad-hoc dispatch needs, we can add event-dispatch staff on client request to ensure personnel and asset safety during hot work or elevated operations.
Daily duty beyond fixed checkpoints includes scheduled mall-wide patrol (fire equipment, emergency lighting, escape routes, common areas on every floor), and emergency response — medical incident escalation to EMS, suspicious-item isolation per SOP, early fire response and evacuation assistance, and lost-child search and reporting — all backed by the 24/7 monitoring center.
