Everspring (TWSE 2390) will exhibit at 2026 Build for NextGen, the International Sustainable Smart Building & Smart Materials Expo. Under the theme of smart operations for existing buildings, group member WorldTrend Security will launch two solutions designed specifically for residential communities — the Eagle Eye AI Patrol Team, which lets you see it, and the Eagle AI Cloud Patrol Platform, which helps you understand it — making community operations lighter to run and easier to trust.
Why “smart operations for existing buildings” matters
For most communities, the problem is not a lack of equipment. It is that the equipment keeps piling up while people become harder and harder to hire. On the front line, WorldTrend Security sees the same three pain points again and again:
- Hiring keeps getting harder — overnight headcount is difficult to find and expensive to keep.
- Dozens of cameras, nobody watching — the footage is recorded, but the few seconds that matter are usually missed.
- Legacy AI alerts on every movement — so many false alarms that residents eventually ask for the alerts to be switched off.
The two solutions on show are designed around exactly these issues: one answers “is something happening right now?”, the other answers “is anything out of the ordinary day to day?”
Two solutions: See it × Understand it
See it Eagle Eye AI Patrol Team
Intelligent overnight headcount reduction — safety stays intact, costs come down measurably.
- Round-the-clock sensor detection — instant alerts for fire, smoke, intrusion, emergency calls and other community incidents.
- Alarms pull live video automatically — the moment an alarm triggers, the system retrieves on-site footage as evidence.
- 24H monitoring centre video review — operators assess the scene in real time and act on it fast.
Understand it Eagle AI Cloud Patrol Platform
Built on the latest AI vision-language (VLM) technology — it does more than recognise objects; it reads what is actually happening in the frame, and detection rules can be written in plain language.
- Scheduled daily video patrols; AI reviews frame by frame and escalates only genuine anomalies
- Custom detection rules in natural language, with bounding-box evidence clips for audit
- Instant alerts to mobile and LINE; patrol logs and reports exported in one click
On the show floor: hands-on AIoT wireless security hardware
The booth includes a LIVE HARDWARE demonstration zone showcasing the group's in-house AIoT wireless security equipment, open for visitors to operate directly. Wireless transmission uses U-Net 5.0 technology, with a range of up to one kilometre.
- Wireless security panel — dual redundant network and 4G communications, backup battery, built-in siren, 20 wireless zones plus wired zones.
- Perimeter and indoor detection — door and window contacts, infrared detectors (pet-immune), emergency buttons, indoor voice sirens.
- Patrol and disaster prevention — NFC guard tour readers and disaster signal receivers that relay fire alarm signals back to the panel.
Group capabilities and ecosystem partners
WorldTrend Security is part of Everspring Industry (EVERSPRING · TWSE 2390). Beyond the core security business, two group subsidiaries bring further smart building operations capability to the same booth:
- WorldTrend Property Management — the group's smart property management company. It engages from the earliest planning stage of smart building property management, deploying smart lockers, digital inspection systems and other intelligent property components.
- Tong-Tai Technology — development, design and sales of integrated smart security and property technology systems, with an in-house team covering everything from requirements gathering and system design through to deployment and ongoing operations.
WorldTrend Security's smart ecosystem is also system-integrated with the following partners:
- SEIT — one-stop EV charging services for residential communities, with an EMS energy management system compatible with all charger brands, already serving more than 70 communities across Taiwan. WorldTrend provides fire detection and monitoring for charging bays, with the ability to cut power instantly through the linked system.
- Cheng-Deh Fire Protection — a fire safety brand with more than 60 years of history, supplying internationally certified PADTEX EV fire blankets with wheeled storage cases and lithium battery suppression devices — the last line of defence against EV fires in residential communities.
- Kalos — Taiwan's first GMP-certified domestic AED manufacturer. Its AEDs combine IoT cloud management with instant notification of self-test faults, and integrate with WorldTrend Security's systems for remote monitoring that keeps every unit ready for use.
Pre-show booking and visitor registration
