Next-generation
AI store security
Alarms that look before anyone moves · AI patrols after closing · Every store on one screen
As a chain grows, the hardest thing for head office isn’t installing equipment — it’s not being able to see. WorldTrend connects the alarm panel, the store’s cameras, a cloud AI video platform and our 24-hour monitoring centre, so every alarm is seen clearly first and every store is patrolled by AI after it closes.

The more stores you run, the less head office can see
Spread across the country
Dozens to hundreds of stores across many cities — head office struggles to know each store’s arming status and how every alarm was handled, in real time.
No one there after closing
At night the store is empty. A sensor only knows “something moved”, not what is actually happening.
False alarms are expensive
Every false alarm means a dispatch and a call that wakes the store manager. Over time, everyone stops paying attention.
Arming is hard to audit
Whether a store armed on time, or opened on time, is usually only discovered by digging through records after something goes wrong.
Same alarm, two ways of handling it
* Both include a 24-hour monitoring centre and dispatch. The difference is whether the guard knows what is happening before setting off.
Look first,
then decide whether to dispatch.
False alarms no longer drag store managers back in the middle of the night — and when something is genuinely wrong, the guard already knows what is happening before leaving.
The moment the alarm sounds,
AI is already looking

After closing,
AI patrols every store on schedule
Sensors only sound when they are triggered. AI patrol works through every store’s cameras on a schedule, finding what sensors cannot:
Shutter not fully down
No sensor triggered, but the store is actually open
Someone lingering at the entrance
Noticed before any break-in
Camera blocked or offline
Know immediately when a camera fails
Smoke or flames
Early fire signs after closing
Water at the entrance
See flood risk early in heavy rain
Custom rules
Describe it in one sentence, e.g. “Is the display-case glass intact?”

When a warning is issued,
AI patrols the affected stores

One phone is all a store manager needs

Every store in the country, on one page

Store status wall
Armed, open, late to arm — colour and label make each state obvious.
Action list
Late arming, patrol findings and alarms are automatically pushed to the top.
Regional view
Area managers see only their own region; head office sees everything.
Every alarm and every arm/disarm, on record
Multi-filter search
Filter by store, date and event type to find any record.
AI reading kept with it
Each alarm carries what the AI saw and how it was finally handled.
Export to Excel
Ready for audits, monthly reports and internal reviews.

Forgot to arm, or didn’t open on time?
The system notifies and escalates
Scheduled arming time
The store has not armed.
Push reminder to the store manager
Store staff are reminded straight away.
Still not armed → escalation
The area manager is notified too, so it no longer depends on the store alone.
Flagged red on the HQ console
A record is kept; monthly reports show which stores are often late.

Head office, regions, stores — each role gets what it needs
Head office operations / loss prevention
- Real-time view of every store’s security status
- Opening and closing punctuality made measurable and auditable
- Video evidence kept for incidents — for police reports and insurance claims
Area manager
- See only your own region, with automatic escalation
- Overnight patrol results first thing next morning
- Access rights adjusted instantly when staff change
Store manager
- Arm and disarm in one tap — with a reminder if you forget
- False alarms screened by AI first — no midnight drives
- No need to check the store in person before and after a storm
More ways a retail chain can use it
Patrol tiers by store type
Flagship, mall and neighbourhood stores carry different risks, so patrol frequency and rules can be tiered.
Standardised new-store openings
New stores start on head office’s standard schedules and notification rules.
Opening and closing audits
Arming records are opening and closing times; monthly reports show which stores run late.
Island-wide checks around typhoons
Sweep every store’s cameras in one pass and send recovery staff where they are needed most.
Incident video evidence
Alarms and patrol exceptions save footage automatically, for police reports and claims.
Instant effect on staff changes
When staff leave or transfer, their access is disabled in the console immediately.
One platform connecting stores, the monitoring centre and head office
- •Alarm-triggered video retrieval
- •AI video reading
- •Scheduled and disaster patrols
- •Records and reports
* Most existing store cameras can be connected directly; final confirmation follows a site assessment.
Eagle Eye Video Surveillance
Live video is retrieved the moment an alarm triggers, for monitoring-centre verification and dispatch.
Eagle AI Cloud Patrol Platform
Connects to existing NVRs; cloud AI patrols on schedule and keeps auditable records.
Fire & Disaster Integration
Fire systems, temperature and humidity monitoring, and response drills for stores.
Retail and chain clients
Luxury boutiques, a dental chain, multi-checkpoint department stores and more.
Retail chain FAQ
Can we keep the CCTV cameras our stores already have?
Most existing store cameras can be connected directly to the cloud AI video platform without wholesale replacement; final confirmation follows a site assessment. WorldTrend handles alarm panel installation, the 24-hour monitoring centre, on-site response and the AI video platform — one provider, end to end.
If AI judges an alarm to be false, is a patrol still sent?
When an alarm sounds, the system pulls up that store’s cameras and AI describes the scene (is anyone there, are doors and windows intact, is there smoke). The 24-hour monitoring centre then decides from the footage and the AI’s reading: a false alarm is closed and the store manager informed; a real one is dispatched and reported immediately. The final decision to dispatch always rests with monitoring-centre staff.
How do you catch problems that don’t trigger a sensor — like a shutter left half open?
After closing, AI works through every store’s cameras on schedule to find what sensors miss: a shutter not fully down, someone lingering at the entrance, a blocked or offline camera, smoke or flames, standing water — and custom rules written as a sentence, such as “Is the display-case glass intact?” When the Central Weather Administration issues a heavy-rain, typhoon or earthquake warning, the system automatically adds an extra round for stores in the affected area.
Will head office know if a store forgets to arm?
Yes. Take a scheduled arming time of 22:30: if the store hasn’t armed, the store manager gets a push reminder at 22:31; if it is still unarmed at 22:45, the area manager is notified and the store is flagged red on the head office console, with a record kept so monthly reports show which stores are often late. It works the other way too — still armed at opening time means the store may not have opened on time.
Do head office, area managers and store managers all see the same things?
No. Head office sees every store’s status and open actions on one page; area managers see only their region; store managers use the app to run their own store, arming and disarming in one tap. When staff leave or transfer, their access is disabled in the console immediately.
